My husband and I sold our first home with Jo, and being first home sellers we were the recipients of a few different opinions on what the best thing to do would be when selling. Early last year we list our property with another real estate company in Feilding. Our house was listed for 4 months, during that time we only had about a dozen people through to view, eventually lowered our price, and still no sale. This time we chose to list with Jo Keddie at Property Brokers. The day the house was listed online and the sign went up, we had 2 viewings, the next day there were a further 7 viewings, and at the very first open home we had 11 groups of people through, a total of 20 viewings in the space of 5 days.
